Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be completed from the time it is placed. All orders requesting completion earlier than 5 business days will incur a rush fee (minimum $10).
Because every item we make is personalized, all sales are final. If we make a mistake in production, we'll replace your item free of charge. Please check your proof carefully, because we engrave exactly what you approve. If an error was on the proof you approved, we can make a replacement for an additional fee.
